Terms & Conditions For U.A.E. customers

| Shipping: |
- For UAE Customers the prices includes the delivery charges upto their office or warehouse.
- Orders from outside U.A.E. customers will be shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Dubai basis.
- All Freight, local custom duties & clearing charges will be paid by the customers ( not applicable for U.A.E. delivery ).
- Shipments outside U.A.E. can be made through “By Sea”, “By Air” or “By Courier” as per customer requirements.

| Delivery: |
- IMMEDIATE delivery will be made within 15 to 45 days subject to availability of fabric in stock.
- BULK delivery will be made within 60 to 90 days.
Note: Above delivery time starts once we receive advance payment, receipt of purchase order complete in all respect &
production sample approval by the customer for immediate delivery & bulk production.

| APPROVALS: |
- Customer must approve the pre production sample before starting production.
- Customer must approve screen printing / embroidery / appliqué work if applicable before beginning the production.
- Once production starts no change in style or any amendment will be acceptable.
- Customer can perform quality inspection during production if desire.

| MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: |
- 100 Pcs per style per color ( subject to availability of fabric in stock ) for immediate delivery.
- 1000 Pcs per style assorted color for bulk production.

| EMBROIDERY OR SCREEN PRINTING SET UP CHARGES: |
- Prices are included one logo embroidery upto 5,000 stitches. Separate prices will be quote for more than one logo.
- Embroidery setup charges AED 250 per logo will be charge for sampling. It will be refunded upon receipt of the bulk order.
- Printing setup charges AED 500 per logo will be charge for sampling. It will be refunded upon the receipt of the bulk order.

| MEASUREMENT: |
- Prices mentioned in price list are based on standard UK size body measurement. For customer measurement will be up charged to take individual measurement to produce garments.

| PACKING: |
- Each piece will be packed in a poly bag & then certain quantity will be packed in a strong export worthy carton.
|
| PROFORMA INVOICE: |
- On receipt of your order quantity & or purchase order, proforma invoice will be issued for enabling you make advance
payment etc,.

| SPECS & SKETCHES: |
- Specs & sketches will be submitted to customer along with proforma invoice ( If required ).

- Colors printed in catalog are representative to the best of our ability. We will not be responsible for variances in color shade.

| PAYMENT TERMS: |
- For U.A.E customers: 50% advance payment & balance 50% will be made on delivery.
For
- International customer: 100% advance payment for order of upto 499 pieces.
25% advance payment & balance 75% by establishing irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) or telegraphic transfer (TT) to our bank account
before shipment for order of 500 pieces and above.
